Jessica MFA

LP Intern

Jessica is a psychodynamic psychotherapy intern at Rose Hill. She approaches therapy as a practice of collaborative meaning-making, language play, and compassionate yet challenging witness.

Jessica strives to accompany her patients in the articulation and exploration of their most fundamental questions—and to tolerate the answers, or lack thereof. In so doing, she’s particularly attuned to a patient’s unique set of narratives around desire, impulse, and action; their experiences of connection and loss; their crises of embodiment, from dissociation to chronic pain or acute illness; and their unconscious life.

Prior to beginning her psychoanalytic training at Pulsion Institute, Jessica received her MFA in Creative Writing from the California Institute of the Arts and her BA in Performance Studies from Brown University.
