Brighid Banbury

Brighid Banbury is a clinical social work graduate trainee pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at Columbia University. Prior to training in psychotherapy, she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and German Literature and Language from the University of Memphis. Brighid currently works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples at Rose Hill. She has particular interest in dream work and other manifestations of the unconscious. She is interested in helping clients through depression, anxiety, life transitions, and exploration of the Self.

Brighid values creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can uncover meaning, recognize recurring patterns, and remain true to themselves while navigating both their inner and outer worlds.
