Elizaveta Shneyderman, MA

LP Candidate


Elizaveta Shneyderman is a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents at Rose Hill Psychological Services. She holds a Master of Arts in Curatorial Studies from Bard College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design. Elizaveta is currently completing psychoanalytic training for LP certification at Pulsion: The International Institute of Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychosomatics.  

Elizaveta is attuned to the nuances of race, class, gender, sexuality, intergenerational trauma, and spirituality. She specializes in gender-identity, trauma, self-motivating productivity, relationship concerns, and anxieties related to cultural dislocation. Her clinical practice is informed by her background as a scholar, curator, and artist. She is a former professor and academic whose interdisciplinary research focuses on the history and philosophy of media materialities and the techniques that emerge from them, including their influence on contemporary visual culture.
