Evan Chethik is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who works with adults, adolescents, and children at both Rose Hill Psychological Services and the Affordable Psychoanalytic Clinic for Pulsion. His B.A. is from New York University in philosophy of mind and his M.A. is in the philosophy of psychoanalysis from The New School. He is an MSW candidate at Boise State University and a psychoanalytic candidate at Pulsion Institute of Psychoanalysis and Psychosomatics. Evan works with people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, panic, overwhelming feelings or moods, obsessive compulsions, unexplainable emotions, or periods of questioning in their sexuality and identity. He believes openness and the intimacy of speaking can free oneself from self-restriction and unconscious suffering. He welcomes all backgrounds, creeds, and perspectives.
