Evan Moriarty, LMSW

Psychotherapist


Evan is a psychotherapist working with adults at Rose Hill Psychological Services. While obtaining his master’s degree in social work from New York University, Evan completed an internship at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies, where he trained in and practiced psychodynamic psychotherapy. Prior to attending NYU, Evan was the assistant program director at a sober living facility in Manhattan, where he worked closely with individuals and families entering and maintain recovery from substance use disorders. He previously earned a B.A. in Philosophy from The University of Chicago.

Evan is dedicated to developing a rich and unique therapeutic relationship with each client. He believes that creating and working within this context allows for genuine growth. He is interested in helping clients address their mental health challenges by privileging and exploring their sense of themselves, their relationships, and their environments.
