Ilana Gratch is a PhD candidate in clinical psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. She has worked with adults, adolescents, and children in a range of settings, including outpatient clinics, and crisis intervention and psychiatric emergency services. Ilana enjoys working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life, with the goal of helping every one of them to cope and heal, whether it is from a specific crisis or trauma, or a longer-term struggle with anxiety, depression, or family or relationship issues. She aims to bring close attention and warmth, getting to know her clients on a deeper level, while supporting and challenging them, always in a safe environment. Ilana earned a BA in psychology from Middlebury College.
