Nida is a clinical social worker and graduate of the Columbia University School of Social Work. She currently works with adolescents and adults who are facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness and relationship issues. Nida aims to foster a therapeutic relationship where one feels bolstered to share their authentic desires and feelings, exploring different aspects of themselves and their past. She works through the lens of psychodynamic psychotherapy and strives to honor the uniqueness of the individuals she works with. Nida received her BA in Philosophy from Texas Christian University.
